Annie Clifford is a small-town-style lawyer, helping regular people with up-to-date legal knowledge in a friendly, professional way.
Born and raised in Kingston, Annie spent a decade owning and operating small businesses before attending law school at Queen’s University. Annie has a long history of community organizing. She is a founding member of both the popular Fat Goose Craft Fair and of the Skeleton Park Music Festival (now the Skeleton Park Arts Festival), a beloved annual event that draws thousands to a downtown community park. She continues to work with local and national organizations, including her community public school and neighbourhood association, as well as Lake Ontario Waterkeepers and the Sierra Club of Canada.
Annie is a graduate of the University of King’s College in Halifax and maintains ties to family and friends in the Atlantic region, as well as her home in Eastern Ontario. A seasoned musician, Annie has toured nationally with the critically-acclaimed folk band the Gertrudes, and continues to be creative part of several community music and art projects.
